Each person accessing the tools has a CommonsCloud account. Entities have their own “collective” to which they can add accounts (of people who work for the entity, who are part of or collaborate with the entity and who will need access to its tools). Once they add an account to their collective they can decide which tools that person will be able to access, for example give them access to their office, and how much storage memory they will be able to use.
