Analysis of your use of cloud tools, we will identify:
what tasks you do, and what tools you use to do those tasks
what tasks would you like to do, and what tools exist for that purpose?
Diagnosis of free tools available to use, we will identify:
which tasks can be done with CommonsCloud tools
which tasks require tools not integrated in CommonsCloud (open source tools recommendation)
Roadmap for the incorporation of CommonsCloud tools (in approximately 3 months period).
Answer a written questionnaire, individually, by each person in the team (3 minutes).
In-depth interview with at least one person from the team (1h)
Contrast session, on the results, report and recommended roadmap with, at least, one person of reference in the team (1h)
Training and support workshops
For members of the organisation or collective who will use CommonsCloud tools
Introductory workshop – online (2h) – Open Source software (30 minutes + overview of tools 5 minutes per tool + feedback)
Optional advanced workshop
Advanced workshop on each tool – online (2h)
Support in the use of the tools – online (4h per organisation)
Participation in the introductory workshop and advanced workshops of the tools you choose, at least 30% of your team (including the person of reference).
Technical support to implement and/or migrate services
Included in the service
Deployment of a dedicated Office or Agora and other services that can be contracted.
Package of up to 8 hours of support.
Extra : if required, you can hire more hours of support or hire services for tailored tasks.
We will evaluate your use of CommonsCloud tools and your satisfaction with the results of incorporating them.
